Addressing Your Resume!

This is just a heads up for those wanting to make that ever important, first impression with a potential employer.
You’ve worked hard on your resume and made it as pristine as you possibly can. It’s on the highest quality of paper, Egyptian made flown from Cairo, and scented with perfume that would seduce any mere mortal.
The recruiter is highly impressed with your attention to detail and now upon actually looking at your credentials he/she is even more impressed with this exceptional candidate. You’ve immediately moved to the top of his interview list. Now all the recruiter has to do is set up an interview and meet this eighth wonder of the world. He/she browses to the top of the resume to retreive your email address and sees, “comegetyousome_69@yahoo.com.”
The recruiter’s heart sinks and you are no longer on the petistle he/she has placed you on. You are now crumpled up… and thrown in the trash, SWIIISH, two points.
With that said, leave the inappropriate emails off your resume and be creative. Register a new email that says something interesting like, “top_saleman@yahoo.com” or “interview_me@gmail.com”. The results will be a great deal better.
