Today&amp;#8217;s recruiters are surfing the Internet to investigating your blogs, public photo albums (you know the one where you&amp;#8217;re mooning your buddies at a Super Bowl party) and any other public information you may have on the net.  Each piece of negative information they find is another reason to decline your chance at an interview.&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Having said that, one way to get an employer to notice a positive Internet presence is to have a personal web page or blog page that promotes your success and acheivements.  Include work experiences and projects that you&amp;#8217;re particularly proud of.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
